The Vermont Catamounts closed the season with a stirring run to college hockey's biggest stage — the NCAA Frozen Four. For Vermont's athletes and coaches, alumni and fans, it made for a memorable journey to Washington, D.C. Though the Cats suffered a hard-fought semifinal loss to Boston University, eventual national champs, the game and Frozen Four scene were rallying points for a strong show of green-and-gold spirit.
