You can buy one Senior Week package per transaction. Please have your credit card and billing address ready when purchasing.
Senior Week packages are sold on a first come, first serve basis. A limited number of spaces are available and you must purchase before Thursday, May 8, 2015 (or before wristbands sell out). Senior Week is a very popular event and has sold out in previous years- please plan accordingly.
In order to gain entry to events, you MUST be wearing the Senior Week wristband that comes in your package. These wristbands are color coded to indicate which sunset cruise you will attend, and you will select your preferred cruise time at time of purchase. The color of your wristband must match your cruise time. No exceptions or changes will be made for cruise times - plan to coordinate with your friends!
* 5:00-6:30 p.m. = RED wristbands
* 7:00-8:30 p.m. = GOLD wristbands
* 9:00-10:30 p.m. = GREEN wristbands
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any requests for changing times or purchasing issues. You cannot switch tickets with friends, without notifying the Alumni Association office, as our staff will wristband you with the color we have you registered for.
Due to the overwhelming demand, most requests cannot be accommodated but please email to ask.
* All events are subject to change. Visit facebook.com/uvmsaa for updates *
Policy on Guests: Senior Week is for UVM Seniors only. Guests are NOT able to attend events throughout the week, and you cannot purchase tickets for individual events. The package includes all events and is the only way to attend events. The ONE exception to this is Commencement Ball. If extra tickets are available for Commencement Ball, they will be sold during Senior Send-Off on May 12, 2015. We recommend emailing email@example.com if you are interested in guest tickets to Commencement Ball.
Senior Week provides opportunities for students to gather and celebrate their upcoming commencement. It provides secure locations, security, transportation, music, limited food and many other amenities but does not pay for alcoholic drinks.
By purchasing a Senior Week package you are agreeing to the Senior Week Honor Code at time of purchase. The UVM Alumni Association has the right to remove wristbands for inappropriate behavior. Wristbands are not replaceable if removed.
Throughout the week with your Senior Week wristband and student ID you will get free admission to the Fleming Museum. Enjoy the art and culture the Fleming has to offer one final time. Check out www.flemingmuseum.org for more information about the current exhibits.
On behalf of UVM Student Alumni Association and the UVM Alumni Association, we congratulate you on your Commencement and hope you enjoyed your time at The University of Vermont.
