Why should I join?
Sustaining membership in the University of Vermont Alumni Association supports a broad array of programs that benefit the University, current students and alumni. Members receive exclusive special event invitations, privileges and promotional offers in addition to national vendor discounts and discounts to events around campus and throughout Vermont. How do I sign up or renew my membership?
You can sign up or renew your membership online or call 888-458-8691. If you’d like to send your membership form to us by mail, you may download the membership form or contact us and we can send the membership form to you. Our address is:

What’s the difference between annual and lifetime memberships?
Annual members pay dues each year, lifetime members make one lump-sum payment and receive a special gift in recognition of their loyalty and support.

Annual $40 annual member / $60 joint annual member
10% Off: $108 3-year single / $162 3-year joint
Lifetime $750 lifetime member / $1,000 joint lifetime member
$400 50th reunion-plus lifetime member / $600 joint 50th reunion-plus lifetime member
Membership dues are not a tax-deductible contribution.

Do you take credit card payments?
You can pay your membership dues by Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, cash, check, or money order.  Checks should be payable to The UVM Alumni Association.

How do I find out my membership status?
Call the Alumni Association at 888-458-8691.

What if my annual membership has lapsed?
Memberships can be reinstated.

How do I request a replacement membership card?
Call the Alumni Association at 888-458-8691 or email alumni@uvm.edu.

How do I update my address?
You may submit your information with our update form.

What do membership dues support?
Proceeds from a one-time life membership are contributed to an endowment, ensuring valuable programs and services for students and alumni will continue beyond the lifetime of the member. Annual dues fund operating expenses for the Alumni Association.

How long will it take for me to receive my membership card?
Please allow up to two weeks to receive your membership card after signing up.

I've waited two weeks, but haven't received my card. What should I do?
If you still haven't received your membership card, please call our office at 888-458-8691 and we will be happy to let you know the status.

As a member, will I able to use the Gucciardi Fitness Center?
Unfortunately, no.  The fitness center is currently exclusive to current students, faculty, and staff. A limited number of alumni memberships are available for purchase. For more information, please call the Campus Recreation Office at (802) 656-3070.

My spouse/significant other is not a graduate of UVM, but I am. Can I sign him/her up as my joint member?
Your spouse can be listed as your joint member even if he/she did not attend the University.

I had a friend/ roommate/boyfriend/girlfriend at UVM when I attended. I would like to get in contact with him/her. Can you give me his/her contact information?
We will be happy to assist you in reconnecting.  We provide a service to forward your information to the individual and let them contact you at their convenience due to our privacy policy. If additional information is needed, please contact our office.

Where is the UVM Alumni Association located?
The UVM Alumni Association will be located at 61 Summit Street, Burlington, VT at the Future Alumni House, opening Fall of 2015.  Until then, you can stop by Grasse Mount on campus at 411 Main Street, Burlington, VT or the Innovation Center at 128 Lakeside Ave, Suite 100, Burlington, VT.
