• Set Young Alumni Committee Goal at $105,000 from 1,100 donors by fiscal year close: 6/30/08
• Promote 100% participation from all YAC volunteers
• Recruit new YAC members from a variety of class years and geographic areas
• Set Leadership level giving goal at 65 Young Alumni ($250 for Alumni 1-5 years out; $500 for Alumni 6-10 years out.)
• Improve communication with Young Alumni by focusing on using technology to keep people informed and connected through the web community
• Increase numbers of first-time Young Alumni donors by 10%
