Alumni & Donor Records Assistant
We are seeking an Alumni & Donor Records Assistant to help create and update gift, pledge, and constituent electronic records for the UVM Foundation. Job responsibilities will include: data entry; creating, processing, and reconciling accounting files; preparing bank deposits; and working with standard Microsoft Office tools. This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement and will report to the Senior Director of Alumni & Donor Records.

Assistant Director of Annual Giving – Health Sciences
We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to be our new Assistant Director of Annual Giving for our Health Sciences team. Successful candidates will be creative development professionals who are collaborative and very comfortable using data to drive strategic thinking and the implementation of comprehensive direct marketing programs. Should also be comfortable managing a portfolio of donor prospects at the leadership giving level. Preferred skills include an understanding of the dynamics of academic medicine, including education, clinical care and research; as well as demonstrated success securing five- and six-figure philanthropic commitments.
