Outstanding Young Alumni Award

Zachary Gund '93, a dedicated volunteer for UVM, currently serves on the Boston Regional Board and on the Young Alumni Committee, as well as the board of advisors of the Gund Institute of Ecological Economics. He is also active in the leadership of his class, serving as vice president and as co-chair of the Reunion gift committee for their 10th Reunion this year.

Afi Ahmadi '93 is a committed alumnus whose service to UVM began while he was a student, when he served as a student trustee and as president of the class of '93. As an alumni, Afi has been an admissions volunteer as well as a member of the Vermont Regional Board and the board of the Friends of Women's Basketball. This year, for his 10th Reunion, Afi served as chair of the Reunion Committee.
