Set Up A New Gift Fund
Gift funds are subject to review by and, approval of, the Office of Financial Analysis and Budgeting, the Treasurer's Office and, in many cases, the Provost's Office.
Please use one of the following templates to submit your request for a new fund:
Send to Gift.Records@uvm.edu the completed template along with the email addresses of the following people:
- Manager of Fund:
- Dean/VP:
- Chair/Director:
- Business Manager, assistant, etc.:
