Committee for Communications

This committee is charged with the following:

  • Select a recruitment chair: The recruitment chair, with advisors, coordinates outreach, publicity, interviews, rubrics, and selection of incoming council members.
  • Select a Web chair: This position will update the Web site weekly.
  • Coordinate publicity: Create flyers, table tents, posters, painted sheets, chalking, publication in The Cynic, and other forms of printed, tangible publicity.
  • Coordinate newsletters and emails: Coordinate class-wide bi-weekly/monthly emails and newsletters.  Coordinate publicity in the SGA email, the campus calednar, Facebook and other Web publicity.
  • Create logos: Design t-shirts, etc.
