The 2006 Senior Class Council
Welcome to the official Senior Class Council website! The Senior Class Council is one of 11 volunteer committees of the UVM Alumni Association. The purpose of the Senior Class Council is to build and maintain a sense of pride, identity, spirit, and loyalty among members of the class, through planning class events and coordinating the solicitation of the class gift to UVM. The Student Government Association and the UVM Office of Development and Alumni Relations sponsor the Senior Class Council.
Congratulations on your senior year. The 2006 Senior Class Council hopes you enjoy your last months at UVM. We plan to help make these days memorable.
Class of 2006 Senior Class Gift
As members of the Senior Class Council, one of our main focuses is fundraising for the annual Senior Class Gift. This year, we have decided to move away from the speaker series, as it was difficult to bring high quality speakers to campus given cost and availability.
We are excited to announce that the Class of 2006 has the unique chance to be the first class to participate in the development of the new Dudley H. Davis Student Center, which will open in the Fall of 2007. This legacy will allow the Class of 2006 to be permanently recognized in this vibrant new hub on campus.
